At first year of post-graduation, students will be given the basic information
design subjects as mentioned below. The topics include introduction
to User experience design Mobility design, Visual Communication: still
photography / studio / editing /sound / motion, Product design and development,
Animation, Furniture design,History of Design etc with relevant exercises
on these topics are included in studio sessions. They will also be introduced
to proposal writing and presentation skills. Various workshops shall
be planned along with regular modules.
At the second year under-graduation
level,students shall have relevant practical experiments in field of
Lifestyle and accessory design, Design Research, Form synthesis and
design prototyping,industrial exposure (internship) etc. A proposal
for pilot (minor) project and its implementation. Proposal for graduation
(major) project and its completion in stipulated time.
