Syllabus of MLISc

The Department’s syllabus for the M.L.I.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes is regularly updated to reflect
contemporary developments in library and information science. It has been revised in accordance with the
UGC model curriculum and aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) of India, integrating traditional library science concepts with modern information technologies, research methodology, digital literacy, and practical applications.
